Some days closer to the leap day

I made some pizza some days ago...with alot of cheese...

...and garlic...

My aunt was also on TV...she is a dentist...or rather mom of my second cousin...

A friend wanted me to chill at his place for the evening...

...he use to dinrk alot...

...the temp has increase recently...mr snowmas has decreased...(in volume)...

...but still ice on the lakes...

I also passed by some office to meet up some ppl...at a near by city...

I also delivered some bananas to a friend...

And found that studio ghiblis version of the swedish series Ronia the Robber's Daughter, will soon be broadcasted...

I also tried another IPA at another friends place...

...and later on passed by another friends place, who sponaneously invited me to play some piano...I tried my best to remember...

I also feeded some wild animals...with vegetables....

And myself with garlic...february is aproaching...or "VAB-ruary" as swedish ppl say...meaning that they are staying home, to take care of sick kids....

A day with Skiing, BBQ and sauna with a snowman

Mr Duck wants to go ski...

I use to access alot of cross country skis...but suddenl all of them wre gone...except one pair...so Mr Duck borrowed these...

We left him on the track on the 8km trail...

At a local golf court...

Me and Mr Eberth enjoyed, donuts, apfelstudel, muffins and coffee at the trail start...Mr Duck could take his time...

...still after a while...no Mr Duck in sight...

Eberth...sat on a sledge...

...omg...Duck in sight...

...so professional..

I also tried the skis...with mouse trap bindings...

...some mingle at the golf court...

...part 2 was BBQ...

...alot of meat and bread....

....the guys enjoyed...

the first hamburger...

....and some lemon on fish...

...we planned to go fishing as well...but the ice was tricky...

...so we started with some garden work...

...rolling some snow...

..Eberth contriputed with a "head" for our snowman...

Mr Duck ate some snow...it tasted like a mix of ice and water he said...

Its alot of snow these days...

So the deers have problems to find food...

I decided to feed them...and the hares...

I also passed by this place...I cycled pass it 100 of times...

Laer on I made pizza...with extra yeast...

It became a very commercial pizza...

With alot of cheese..

Heavy snow in gothenburg

I cycled through gothenburg last night when some small snow fall started...

But in the morning...2 dm snow was covereing the streets...

Later on I visited the local airport...

...and firther on tried some taiwanese food...

...with sweet potato dessert...

It is snow outside...but inside its chinese new year preparations...

We also went sledding later on...

...I also went to a birthday party...and had some huge baked potato...

And some swedish IPA...

And there after passing the winter landscape recently created...

A return to my chinese friends home

I spent some time at my friends home recently...

I also found out that there is an amarone with the brand tommasi that is cheap...usually this brand is expensive in my experience...

I also saw a DVD with my friends facebook profile pic...

I later on also attended a business sweden event...

...about digital transformation...

After that I went to a chinese evening...with many dishes..I also contributed to one dish...

We also had this spice in the food "mala"...its pretty spicy...

We also used my dumpstred bananas..

While drinking some blue berry glögg...

We made an awesome banana pie...(banana fluor, butter, cocnut and some other seeds)...

January winter

Many asians claim that stores are seldom open in night in sweden...

But they are soo many, and scandinavians are few...so its no use haveing an open convenient store at every block...instead the 24hours open stores are the gas stations...that also have a 7-11 or ica nära...

...taiwan has also been in the news alot recently...

A rock star was heading for president we heard...

I tried a lightbeer at a friends place while watching the taiwan news...trying a swedish beer....

...and also checking the ice status on the local lakes...

Snow is coming and leaving...

I paid a visit to this lake...

No ice yet, even if its been subzero for quite some time now...

Some small bay...there is thin ice...

Some fashion designer hang out

I met my friend who is a fashion designer recently...

He wanted to meet at a coffee shop in central gothenburg, it was said to be "the best"...

...ith exclusive equipment...

...this was the name...of this store...

...they were perculating the coffee...

...in some special filter...letting if drip very slowly...

...they had many kind of coffee but offered only 3 of them at the desk....

...more to this, .I also got a taiwan beer... :)

...it got qa gold medal...

...and the coffee...

...later we passed by mossens pizzeria as well...for smoe typical swedish food...

...with some pre dish...the swedish pizzasallad...

...and the pizza...

...later on I had more coffee...butter coffee to be precise...

...some day after I helped a friend to move...

We then went to a pizzeria in a village I havnt been in for a long time...it was a nice feeling to be back in the hoods...

I had this special shaped kebab pizza...i love kebab pizza...

Cold days are passing by

It was -13 but no snow recently...

that means less tics in the summer...

...but then the snow appeared....

...but still cloudy...which maked it warmer...

...I went to my indian friend for a quick visit...he had some fruit at home...

...we shared a swedish lager...

...and a local beer with cherry flavour...

...and some other ale with pine tree flavour...

...he also showed me the latest coffee percolation technique...

...he was also washing his dishes with precision...

I also got to see a indian knife...from bangalore...one of my favorie places in india since some month ago...

Random food try out

iI tried some west coast food recently...

 

From the fish church of gothenburg...

...some wraps, almost like in korea...but with swedish salmon and cray fish...

...I also tried some knödel...

...mediterranean food is said to be good for you....

White days

Recent cold on the west coast...

Now also recent snow...

Small birds are easier kept alive by giving them bird seed...

New years eve 2015

Last tays of 2015 I spent doing some art...

And eating food...

...later heading to a friend who has a good camera...

...and was cooking his moms recipe...

I took a pic of people taking pictures...

And chilled at a friends place...eating some mached potatoes...and meat..

I even got an offer to finish the left overs...nothings going to be wasted...

...omg...x-mas feeling...

I had my orange juice...very nice...

later on some board games wre playes...

...and some brwonie was served...

...with a short break for the midnight time...

After som photo session I looked in a photographer book and saw some pics taked in taiwan...interesting...

...as the last hours of 2015 approached, I tried some champange...

Some ppl went all in on whisky...single malt...it was ok..I added som honey to make it taste better...

The day after I went to gothenburg to see a movie...with some friend...their New Year's Resolution was to eat less candies...I guess it didnt start well...

I also got to see the old city wall of gothenburg...down in the cinama hall...

They also had information about star wars saying that one of th star cruisers were 19km long...and had 300k men in it...must have taken quite a while to build...(also it could carry suplied for 6 years)...

I read some fact that in average the advertisement before a cinema is 13 minutes...this one was 17 minutes... :S
