Girls have long hair, boys have short hair

There are alot of poster on taiwan public traffic...

They have 2 pics, which are identical, except the length of their hair....

Everyone I ask says "the long hair image is a girl", "the short hair image is a boy"...in a country where boys wear blue at school and girls wear pink, its interesting which icons are used to define gender by simple adjustments...

Some northern taipei events

I went to northern taipei som days ago...

I went here some times before...but this time i didnt get so much sauce...like in swedish kebab...

...and had a kebab with chicken and one peanutbutter wrap...

A shiort visit to Zhangmen was also paid...

And finaly a visit to taipei arena to watch some ice hockey...

Taiwan vs some canadian expat team

 

I bought some snax at a nearby 7-11...

They were many in the taiwan team

Not that many in the canadian...

And taiwan was in the lead until the very end...

A party at Xinyi

I went to a party at xinyi recently

Some friends friend performing

They had 2 kinds of wine...this seemed to be the one that was more exclusive...

I also met some americans

And had some salmon breakfast

It was an interesting night...

Lebledor and the hammer

On a week day its not that full

Later on a visit to ximen was made

And a mango smoothie with some extra cherries (what did johan drink today?)

I went to a japanese restaurant recently

It was in yonghe

I had some random japanese food

Later I got some beer at yilan beer bar...

Omg...its the third time i see alexander skarsgård on TV in that bar...

I had a Damai beer...my favorite...

Scattered events in taipei

I had beer with some friend at hilife recently

I brought a lebledor

He got some random european beers

Omg...we use to hang at this hilife long time ago...

On the beer bottle they showed the blood alcohol limit for driving in different countries...

I also passed by some place in ximen...where they had to add the bpmf for people to read...

And a milk tea was consumed

Later i also got a pizza hut lasanga...

A steak house in zhonghe

I went ot some steak hosue in zhonghe some time ago

Its a buffet plus a steak...

The steak was ok...

I lige the side dishes...

Also some juice and fruit...

A quick visit to the bike store

I went to the bike store recently...

It is easier to manage my bike in sweden, in taiwan i was told by the store owner, that they have to do the bike settings...not sur if its due to that they dont trust people...I cant say that bikes are more complicated here...

Chill friday events

I joined some friends home on friday

They had some interesting books...

A non taiwanese home...

A guy from peru and a guy from spain on 1 blurry pic...

They made sagria...

My swedish friend joined up later as well...and brought swedish snaps...

They had noodles...and different kind of sagria...

Later I went to 1001 nights in taipei...my friend had a birthday party

People were singing...

It was in a dark persioan club...with water pipes...

They played hiphop occasionally...not sure why...maybe to give the taiwanese audience something...

A long queue in taipei

I saw a long queue in taipei recently...

Maybe some free coffee or something...remember similar length when starbucks had "buy 1 get 1 free"...however this was not a weekend...

A night out with Joel and Jonas

I met Joel and Jonas recently...

At the hammer...

The swedes were at the prime place

Jonas is a funny guy

Football on the TV...and my friend was also playing football on his phone....

Joel had disco arms he told me...

This guy treated us beer...pretty nice...

It was hard to leave, since the guys kept ordering more beer...

We shared the drinks once in a while...

We later on met some local tais who lived in south armerica...pretty interesting...

Later we went to yilan beer bar...

I got Jonas Damai..he had some dark beer...

Omg, they had a new business card...

And wehn we asked for "Take away", they put our beers in bags...

Looked strange...

Joel liked it though...

Omg, Joel disapered for a while...jsut finding an ATM...

...i was a littlebit worried that he went home without noticing..lie last time...

We went to mods animal bar...

Reminded me of lupan a chaise in monmatre in Paris...

So many things inside...

Alot of decoration...

We ended playing piano...until joel disapeared...then I also left...2017 continues...

I met a swedish friend recently...

I was sharing some contacts in taiwan...and had some apple cake ice cream and milktea...

Omg...some one dropped somme suspicous paper on the ground...in the middle of the street...

I met some friends recently

I visited some friend recently...

We had dutch samariner...

My friend went to a near by restaurant...and had some italian dishes...like a nice salad...

And cheap pizza...for like 70-80nt each...(20SEK)

And chocolate pudding with raspery sorbet...and some nice iceceram with bread...

 

 

Later on a visit to another restaurant was visited...

Mainsly meat...at this BBQ...

They also had San miguel...

Beef...

And alot of fish and potato...

Later i visited Joel for some golf...

He is pretty good...maybe he did some practice in stockholm...

Other people were also pretty good...they had drivers almsot as big as "great big bertha"...

I had my brat clothes to fit in...

But we acted non brat...

Last ball was for me...last try was pretty good...practice makes perfect...

I met up with a friend some days ago...and we went to some crepperia in Taipei downtown

I have never been here...it was an interesting and nice place...

A night out with Joel

I met up with joel recently

He is currently in town...

He can not only have 1 beer...

We visited the hammer after a hilife visit

We had an SDIPA there...

And chilled with a canadian born in USA...

I also had a nachos plate...

I later on tried a Islander

Its often like this when joining swedes...moving around...

I went to a hotpot in zhonghe recently

I started with some nice icecream

They also had free flow of beer, if you paid some fixed price...

And coldstone and häagen-dazs icecream...

A new years eve in taipei

I spent a new years eve in taipei recently

Pretty blurry 101

Which had its annual fireworks..but alot of electrical lights...instead of the fireworks...

Also some mingeling at my friends house...

Robin was there...he had some dompa...

Later some ppl walked to xinyi

The bartenders at myst, where we went were really wierd...the rufse to serve non alcoholc drinks...even if they were on the menu...

They had some laser show...but mostly played hiphop music...pretty comon in taiwan...

My friend miguel was there too...

It is strange...people in taiwan recyle alot of things...it is not clear what to put in each bin..
