Mercury spotting, pizza and birch syrup
I finialized my 3 days pizza dough today...
...Itried to use the traditional technique from italy when baking it..(except that my oven was only 230 degrees)...
...still looking good...
...they were ok...
...instead of aiming for maple suryp directly..I also started to make some birch suryp...
...I dont have the perfect equipment yet...to get it out...
...but this way still works...in some way...
...I ended spotting mercury again this night...no clouds...
...first batch of birth sap...
...boiled it...
...i head that 5 litres of sap becomes some deciliter of suryp...it was sweet...but my batch was small so not that much to drink...
2023 continues...
Random April days in 2023 and mercury spottng
It is april...
...snowy days...sunny days...
...and a lot of tropical fruits...
...some ginger in sugar...
...and pizza with Tipo 00 (and some Tipo 0)...
...raised for 8 hours in room temperature...and now heading to the fridge for 2 days...
...some snax and indian movie night...
...Mr DL in action...
...and some random Alingsås people..including my old classmate Josefin...
...and some 10-15 kilos of meat...
...and some other fruits...
...and tiramisu...
...I made 2 kinds of burgers...
...and also passed by a local pizzeria...
...they recently started to serve pizza...i was told..
...I had their basic one...they had 300 degrees in the oven...it was ok..
...they also recomended me to take an italian beer...
...I also looked for Salep in the near by asian store...and found one big box...but the price was not marked...also they said that the vanilla pudding was the same drink..just another flavour...(and the staravberry and banana too)...interesting...
...I ended the day by checking mercury...
...apparently nearby the sun set...at 20.40:ish...
...after some time I managed to spot mercury...only visible some few times per year...near the horizon...now I only have to see Uranus and Nepture...then I spotted all the planets in our solar system...(i heard in october/november is the best time to see uranus)...
More mixed events at the west coast
I did some resaerch and theater visits recently...
...and saw some typical gothenburg phrases...
...and inspected some traditional video games...
...and figures...
...and got recommended to use the app "Bower" to earn money on recycling...
...my friends more valuable game...
...later I headed to the opera...
...to see the last show of Cabaret....
...it was an interesting show...
...a lot of people...
...I had a carrot cake in the pause...
...seconf act...(we were asked not to tke pics during the show)...
...I also met up with a corowrker for some vindaloo..
...the indian store that serves it changed chief...many visitors asked about this...but they were willing to adapt to my friends wish regarding the preparations..."to be concinued"...

I saw some deers recently in gothenburg city...
...eating some gras or something...
...I also checked some books for some course...
...and had an interesting lunch talk with Mr Anh...about trading, bitcoin etc...
...I also passed by a local beer store...and read about Michael "The beer hunter Jackson"...
