Tipo 00 pizza session
I try to master how to make the perfect pizza
...i realise that I have too much yeast...atleast if the dough is going to have a raising time for more than 24 hours... (it smells like some kind of alcohol is being crated)...i tried with less yeast...anhd increased oven temperature...which was ok...(too bad that the oven oly goes p to 230 deg (C)...but I have an idea of using a Weber grill to get higher temp...of i just can protect the pizza from the charcoal...
A friday night out in Gothenburg
I went out for a meal recently in gothenburg...
...at magasinsgatan they have a recently opened Ramen place...

...I also passed by my childhood friend Tim...he was very warm....due to his thick jacket and heavy luggage...

A visit to Spice room
There is an indian gourmet restaurant in Gothenburg...
...Ed Sheeran went here when he was in town...
...they had some set menues...but we tried the other dishes...
...some ordniary indian food...but gourmet...
...nice presentation...
...this was also nice...
...and dessert...
...some Thai tea creme brulé...
...and some bonus candy... (I was however told that my main course was better at another restaurant in town...but the other dishes were best here)...

Mushroom picking and local events
I had some food at my indian friends recently...
...it was nice...
...I later on went to pick mushrooms...
...due to the recent warm weather...it was plenty of mushrooms...
...we parked at a different location than usually...
...some people in the team finding some muchrooms...
...it was easy to fill a bag...
...we also had some fika...
...more and more bags were filled...
...I also visited my turkish friends...who already started with their x-mas decoration...
...we also got some turkish coffee... it was really good...
....maybe I got 15 kilos...and my friends also something similar...

...part of the team also visited a local chinese restaurant...
...i was told that the food was better in gothenburg...however...I appreciated the visit...many memories from this place when I was young (i use to love chinese food)...
...my friends also bought some lottery ticket..

...I also found Burusta coffee...i had to try...

...french fries were not included...
...the burger wa rather good...

A Stockholm food session
I went to stockholm recently...
...eating foro...but started at Brödernas at Gothenburg Train station...
...and a brakfast at Lex hotel...in stokcholm...
...plenty of food...
...ate many times...
...but tried to safe dishes...
...and went to some museums...
..."no flash"...(among some people misinterpreted as "no camera")...
...also passed by some lab...
...and found some indigenous things from taiwan...
...looks a little like sami clothes..
...use gloves when touching...
...and a restaurant owned by Taiwan people...
..."lao wai"...as in english teacher nickname...
...a lot of nice food...
...but rather pricy...
...taste almost like in taiwan...but it was vegan...
...went to a bar later...
...to meet Mr D...
...and one more breakfast...
....I also visited the gold room to figure out where on the west coast was the largest gold tressure found...
...but no info...however I got some contacts to do some research...
...and some local performance...
...gold found at many locations...
...might look for some gold in the future...
...seems like the spots where gold was found are rather spread out...
...later I had some "swedish food"...

...it was the same kind o brought to Taiwan recently...
...I also made pancakes which a ate with maple syrup...
...later on I also tried some ramen noodles from a recently opened place in Gothenburg...it was good...

I passed by some lights recently...

...many countries participted in the light event through years...

...it taste like the one we buy at store...(is that a good grade?)...
...I also found a lizzard without legs...
...and pimped the milk table...
...and made some "fattiga riddare"...(almost like french toast)
