B-bash and house warming party
I joined a B-bash and house warming party recently...
...plenty of food was prepared...
...and empanada...
...pretty good stuffing...(preparing with the local and global restaurats)...
...they also had hops as decoration on the table... I was receommended to check some local hops producer in angered...
...Mr KE was there too...
...I was asked to fix Mojito...
...using a mix of internet receipies...and the guests preferences...and some support from other guests to make some SOP...the guests thought it was a good drink mix...
...trying different styles of blending...
...Mr KE disapeared at the middle of the night...but left his phone and snus at the table...after som half hour we located him in the toilet...his sister assisted him back on track...
...I also saw some cool moomin cup...
it was a fun event...

I joined a cleaning evnet recently called Håll Sverige Rent...
Mr Min was hosting...
...aiming for the river side in gothenburg...
...we got some bags from the organisation...
...om a snal shell looking like a traditional fossile...
...plenty of trash in the end...

...it was ok... Min think jinxs street food is better...

Random events at the west coast (middle September edition)
I did some lemon and ginger shot recently...
...with a lot of ginger...
...I also got treated a visit to the SJ lounge by Mr AF...it was nice...
...later I joined for a local pizza with Mr KJ...
...I had a pretty fancy pizza...almost 250 sek...
..I added a lot of olive oil and venegar...
...we headed to Mr KJ later...
...he has some interesting snacks...
...he was preparing his walls...
...treating trappist and relatively low alcohol beer...it was nice...(i played music)...
Some plum juice production
I got hold of a large batch of plums recently...
...just clean and remove the core...
...after 5 minutes...most of them were done...
...then boil and filter...
...and boil again...
...I also read that finland is peaking the "world happiness list for 2021"...funny...
...my plum batch was enough for 3 liters...
Some chill day at skår
I was at skår in alingsås recently...
I consumed a lot of dumsptered food...meat...cheese...and lemon with ginger...
I also had the responsibility to waive at the steamboat that is passing by...luckily I used a flashlight so that they could see me when they passed by...

I tried a chai-tea at a local coffeee shop...
...and later tried some small dishes at pinchos...

...he accidentally ordered doulbe amount of beers on theri ordering app...
...we also spotted a pink flamingo among their interiors...thats interesting...
A night with some indians
I joined some inidan friends recently...
...brought some mini pizza...and spicy sausage...
...helping to setup some interiors...
...and tried some trappist beer...
...my friend was looking for some lamps...turning his appartment upside down...
...we ended up installing some lamps and eathing water melon and steak...
An early mushroom picking event
I went mushroom picking recently...
...it was a foggy morning...some weather forecast said it might rain (or all forcasts acctually)...
...I invited some friends to join...parking at brobacka kaffestuga...
...waiting in some tent for people to join up...
...some waited outside the tent...
...the forrest was full of summer mushrooms...
...I found a lot of chanterelle...
...my vietnamese friend brought some pink basket to pick in...
...we didnt see any wild animals...but plenty of lingon berries and blue berries...(we also had some music with fika in the forrest)...
...it was some 2km walk to the mushroom place...but on the way to there we also found chanterelle...
...and back to the kaffestuga...
...and some people took a swim on the local lake in Alingsås...
...eating melon...
...my funny friend wanted to inspect my parents house...
...Mr Anders fried some mushrooms....
....some team gathered to clean the chanterelles...
...it ended up being a sunny afternoon...
...we had a lot of italian dishes...
...lasanga...pizza...pasta (with mushrooms) "pasta fungo"... (promoting european food" to international people)...

I initiated some stup shaping recently...
...from some old stumps...
...some carving...
...might make some house or castle...
...I also made brownie...
...swedish "kladdkaka"...
...and put some snickers bar (or similar) in the bottom...
...reminded me of when I made cakes for my sisters birthday back in the days...
...I also picked some apples in the garden...
...fried with cinnamon...for some apple-cinnamon cake...
African restaurant visit (Wondo)
Summer is still in the air...from time to time...
...I found a bridge in gothenburg with a lot of spiders...
...later on I headed to an african restaurant...
...as most of the african restaurant in gothenburg it was ethiopian...
...with a lot of ethiopian interiors...
the orders were taken on post-it notes...
...similar interiors as on "simba"...
...and the food was the same...
...some kind of pancake...with various dishes...
...I got extra pancakes...the staff here was very nice...
...also some extra snacks...

...I had some ethiopean coffee afterwards...
...served in a special pot...
...with this wooden peice on top...
...there was some butter in it as well...
...they also had some ethiopean text on the wall...

...later on I met some friends for a quick beer...

...the to a pizzeria, with a friend who told the staff she will never return...
...I made her return...they are said to be onn the top 10 list in gothenburg ("walk in the park"...
...i also scanned the mushroom price in the store...
....and joined 2 seminars at the same time...
...later I went to some french restaurant...and had a croque monsieur...
...I ended at Mr E's place for some sparkling wine...
Dumpster food session and geochache reparation
I made some paste from some dumpstered food recently...
...boiled rutabaga, ome potato and cheese...
...I also dumpstered some pizza...
...and then made a gratain of the rutabaga paste...
...and repaired a geocache as well, which I was asked to move... (while the paste was in the oven)...
...the gratain from the rutabaga was pretty good...
A fika in alingsås
I went to alingsås recently...
...and had a fika with a persn from gothenburg...
...the recepit said "sit outside 0 kr"...so funny...
...I had a shrimp salad with chai tea...
...later on I went to another fike place where I had a hot chocolate and vegan brownie...
I also saw some hops...but not flowers...

I joined a hash run recently...
...it was said to be number 200 in gothenburg...(HHH)...
I was wearing my paiwan skirt...

...and rule sharing...

...first beer stop...

...I made an arrow...
...and some got some spirit later...
..some licorice flavour...

...maybe 8-9km...
...and other beer stop...
...a double arrow...interesting...

some guy was wearing iron man leg-ins...but he never participated in one...
...I got a yellow cup...

...they also had a bubble machine...

..the guy got a lot of fluor...

...and then he took a shower...
...later we had some food...
...we had some braised pork wrap...
...it was a nice evning...

...I was asked to whip some cream...
...I made a lot, even so that I could put in my coffee..
...we also had beer from Kenya...pretty special...

I went to eat indian food recently...
..they had some lunch offer...
...and a nice salad buffet...i took 2 times...
...plenty of sauce...
...they also had samosas...
...I had some meat dish...
...and more salad refill...
...and i bought the 2 kind of samosa they had...
...then I went with Mr KJ to check some linnen...
...at 2 different locations...
...later on I tried unfiltered czech beer...
...and had a cheese dish...
...it was called "Johan special"...
...and a marrain suiss...it was good but pretty small for the price...
...next stop was a garage bar visit...
...seems like many locals go here...
A tour to Västerås and back
I helped a friend to move recently...
...inspecting if the last shrimp still lives...
...heading on road E20 north......
...break for Mcdonalds Elmaco some 120km before the destination...
...a full van...
...passed by a pizzera...
...to reach this epic japanese restaurant...
...it was said to be good...
...and a lot of japanese interiors...
...some cups...
...I had some "home made" ginder juice...
...my friend had some japanese blueberry softdrink...with a strange bottle...
...first dish: deep fried shrips and chicken...
...second dish some fried sushi...
...pretty exclusive...
...and the waitress presented everything like in a michelin restaurant...(also the waiter had tattoos, which ususally is a sign of a good chief (also applies on hamburger bars)...
...my friend had ordinary sushi...
...I ended with some macha...pretty nice...
...later on I headed ack to gothenburg...and had some belgian waffle on the way...
nice sunset..
...passing lidköping, sköde area...and Jung...I had some great memories from here recently...love this places...
...sunset is around 20.30-21.00...
...amazing car...I drove some 900km and still just half tank...
...time to fuel up this rented van...

Taiwanese coffee and Czech food
I grinded and drank some taiwanese coffee recently...
...not super well grinded...
the grinder i bought in rukai area in taiwan...
I also read about how to optimise the coffee taste depending on production method...
...later on I headed to a czech restaurant...
and i had some double schnitzel...
...including a lot of cheese...
...and some foam rish beer...which had some special name...
...it was said to protect the beer taste or something...
Himalayan restaurant + beer and old friend rendez-vous
I revisited a himalayan resturant recently
I heard that one other nepalese restaurant closed....but saw the owner in this new restaurant...
...I had some typical swedish nepalese food...

I also paid a visit to ölrepubliken...this area now reminds me of a friend who use to live here (except that one of gothenburgs oldest houses are here as well)...
...later I saw Tim on the street...he who is famous from some gothenburg facebook group for singing very well...
I use to hang out with him some 25 years ago...and also visited him in Gräfsnäs...it was fun...
