Danlin dec 2017 (day 2-3)
There are many mountains in taiwan...
...Nandawu is the mountains name up on the hill...
..not much sleep...we were heading to some church event...
...omg...a stylish 7-11 building...
...many people queuing up...
...it was very warm...i felt sorry for people who had to stay in the sun...
...many people were joining up for a parade...
Most people were part of some kind of church...
...I also joined up, waiving at people...
...not sure where we were heading...
I was blue today...on the top...
Some girls from last night joined up aswell...seems like a big event in the area...
It was a very long parade...
...with many kids...
...almost like a mix between swedish lucia and midsummers eve...
...some more christian stuff...
...we later went on for some stinky tofu...
...and Uday was thinking of peircing his ears...
...he also wanted to revisit the church...
...inside as well as outside...
...omg...these ikea shirts are very popular in taiwan for the moment...

We went to Mcdonalds in Chaozhou after some photo shoting...
...om taro pie...interesting...
we...back in danlin we had fried fish...as what this blurry pic is illustrating...
...and some other local vegetables...pretty good....
I ended the day with some hello kitty beer, and heading back to reality...
A visit to Danlin in december 2017
I paid a visit to Danlin recently
We had some noodles in a big metallic bucket...
And went to a wedding ceremony...
My frend Geai was talking...
Some photographer had an ironman logo lookalike shirt...
We also went for some food...
It was paiwan and amis wedding...
They had alot of performance...
Many amis people dancing...
I was asked to mix music in advance...for my friends dance performance...
Cute friends...

My friend Bubba and Jacky tried to get some amis dancers attention...it didnt work that well...
Later we went back to pingdong to buy stuff and pick up an indian guy...
Omg...29nt for a half liter beer...(that is like 10 SEK)...
Once back to Danlin we got dressed with Paiwan traditional clothes...
Many people dancing...
Including amis people...
...later it was more individual dancing...

...after this, it was more food...
...and millet wine...
...we went to some neighbours for eating...
...I got to see my friends batman logo scetch...not bad...
people were also drinking paolity...some taiwanese energy drink...
...Awei was there too...
The foreigner gang...
People were partly dancing partly eating...
And after some while people were also singing...
I had my pingdong beer...amber style...
...People were coming and going...
My indian friend has only been to taiwan for 2 month..and didnt speak mandarin...
Gunai was also there...
Uday was mingeling with many people, it was his second time in this villagee...
Omg #Metoo....
The night went on with drinking and eating...tomorrow morning more events are waiting...

He spent 1-2 days in Taipei....we had some walk and talk in ximen area...it was a fun recap...
A revisit to modern toilet cafe
I went to a modern toilet restaurant in Hsinchu in 2008...
recently I went to an other one in Ximen...
...I dont really see the fun in this place..except that the music was good and that they ahve alot of chocolate dishes...
They have many rules...such as "pay upfront" etc...strange...
I had a chololate slized ice with some sauce...
A visit to Gudetama restaurant
I went to gudetama restaurant recently....
...and passed by moomin cafe on the way...
...i didnt have the chance to try the moomin food...
...the Gudetama restaurant was popular...
...it means "lazy egg" or something in japanese...
...It is very popular in asia...
I had a burger and soup...it was pretty good....
A visit to the alpaca cafe
I paid a visit to an alpacacafe some time ago
...at the north coast of taiwan...
Some discrete entrance...
...does barely say cafe at the entrance...
...omg, they had a batman pillow...
...a d alot of animals inside their porch...
...some alpacas...
Some few of them were even inside...eating on the chairs...
They also asked visitors to not put things on the tables in reach of the animals...

Beast runner Trailrun 2017
I joined a trail run in Puli some weeks ago with Taiwan beast runners...
Seediq theme...
They had a long list of equipment I had to bring, to not get disqualified...so my luggage was very heavy...I later found out that not many people brought everything of that...
We were chasing these peices...
It was in the lasnd of Seediq, Atayal and Bunun people...this uy was bunun....
We ran and ran...up and down...
I stay at some camp where they made some interesting coffee...
They also had nice aboriginal performance...

We also got some BBQ at the end of the run...it was a fun run...up and down up and down...
