Hochata and Nettle soup
...time for some Horchata...
...it is a very thick paste of rice and cinnamon...ready to be filtered...
...I inspected last years hops plants...sometimes I feel that its no use to invest too much time in the garden...since my siblings has a strange habbit to cut my plants...not sure why...
...but I can see some leafs from the Horthensia...I hope all my horthensia start to bloom this summer...
...I later on made indian food...
...and collected some nettles...
...and finihsed my horchata...it was nice...but I get the feeling that it contains a lot of carbs...
