Pizza oven try out
...I prepared some pizza recently...
...raising time was 3 days...
...tomato sause with basil leaves...
...and mozzarella...
...I had one other pizza with an other kind of cheese...
...i was not sure if the coat was enough to produce 400 degrees...
...using a metallic bowl as a bottom...
...0 deg...up to 250 deg...I need more coal next time...
...atleast the cheese melted...
...warm days...9 deg close to midnight...
