...it use to be a Nepalese restaurant here before...
...I love the himalayas...and thus Nepal...but india is also included in parts of the himalayas...

A hash run at a Pizza bar
...I joined a hashrun recently...
...and passed by a place that had this menu...a new burger place in town...
...the hash run was close to liseberg...
...and this restaurant...
...they had salad buffet...
...and different thickness of the crust...
...I had a kebab pizza...it was ok...
...other said that the margerita pizza was better...
...I also tried Mr KJs pizza...KJ joined the Hash...
...Mr KE was also there...not for the hash but for a beer afterwards...and now he was entering Liseberg for some party...

...I tried a burger press recently...
...the shape is easier to make with these burger press...
...and hot september weather...
...I also installed some insect hotel...hoping to get someone to live there during the winter...or something...

...sipping low alcohol alternatives...
...and making a new batch of beer made of dumsptered bread...
...keeping in the temperature zone...

...the old batch was kind of bad...
...I also visited some medical place to do a check up...
Some late august events 2024
It is late august...
...and I passed by a bar with a lot of non alcoholic beer...
...I also passed by some other restaurant nearby...
...they had a local beer...which is not produced anymore...
...a spenish cheese cake...it was pretty good...
...I also made more batches of beer...(or tried to)...since I boil all the bread, instead of first roasting it like in kwas...and use no real malt...I need to figure out the process myself...
...I also pimped a garage for a cray fish party...
...it is hot days...28-30 degrees in august/september... nice...
Scattered events in Alingsås
...I ahve been in Alingsås quite often recently since I have västtrafiks sommarkortet...where I can go "all you can eat" on the local traffic...
...I helpe some friend move a drawer...and was treated mcdonalds...nice...
...I also inspected my brew from bread...it looks very thick..not really liquid...lets see how if goes...
...I also made another pizza from Tipo-00 bread...
...and made a new bread-water mix...maybe I will make another batch of beer if I find more hops...
Making free beer
...I have had plans of making free beer...
...using crops that I dont need to pay for...in this case it means dumpstered bread (or if I have a barley field)...
...today I boiled some sweet bread...
...trying to keep it around 68 degrees...but it was mainly aruond 60...
...adding some sugar...
...sometimes it peaked at 70...
...I wanted the beer to taste like Wasa morgonknäcke...since my favorite beer has that taste...(Yilan MaiTian)...
...wasthing the tempterature for some hour...not sure if it matters in this case since I made if our of 100% bread...
...I put the stove on a 5 out of 14 and it seemed pretty stabe on 60-68 deg...
...then filter the most...
...and harvesting hops from my Tollsjö plant...
...boiling the fresh hops...in the starch...
...I think it needs to be more liquid...but this is the first time I do it...I will evaluate how good it gets...and maybe in the future make some visit to the brewery in Yilan...or to Vegas brewery in gothenburg which also had a pretty nice beer some years ago...

...I had many flowers at my parents house but was asked to remove them...

A bachelor party in Gothenburg
I went to a bachelor party recently...
...getting the 5 kamps voucher...which doesnt seem beneficial...
...shoting on beens as the first game...
...some voucher were 20 others were 10...but one used the voucher to get cash...so it all seemes a little uneccesary...
...flipper was another of the games...

...we also used a voucher to try to win the most exclusive chocolate...no one won it though...
...next stop was a beer garden...
...Winestoe had a radler...and a vodka shot...
...it was a little strong so she shared it around the table...
...he also mixed his non alcoholic radler with a dunkel weisbeer...
...and later on bought tickets for a roller coaster...

...interesting asian fusion...but they didnt have all of the beers they announced...

A fishing trip with Jacob

...instead he went barBQing on the island and went to the saune....my nephew joined up...
...the 1 hour trip that he promised ended up being 2.5 hours...so I walked in circles on the island to collct staps (since i seldom sauna)...
