Lunar new year 2024
It is lunar new year...(not allowed to say chinese new year....not sure why; cus in mandarin; the characters for Chinese (The people); the language, the cultuer etc are different...but still Singapore, malay, Taiwan, korean, japanese people might get offended...
Some stockholm Taiwanese had an anual event...with "cash only" payment...so funny...but thats how they roll here...
...also some lottery...

...some famous guy speaking (like the ambassador)...
...we had the buffet that was shared at the Pong restaurant...at kungsholmen, not far from where I use to live...but I never been here before...
...they also had dumplings...

...some lottery event...the winners were announed...

...it was an intense east coast visit...returning to the west coast some hours after the lunar year dinner...entering the year of the dragon...it is said to be powerful...
