A visit to Sjöö
I passed by the restaurant Sjöö recently...
...they had 2 kinds of bread....
...I got raw beef...it was ok...but the bread was very salty...(usually I like salty bread)...
...I also tried some fish...
...it was served with french fries and potato...
...however...the potato was also extremely salty...it was intereting (I didnt say anything to the waitress though)...
.as dessert I had a Creme Catalana; i liked that it had eatable orange peices. The cheif asked me how it was since it was his first time to make it. I think that the sugar crust was extremely good, not sure why.
