A visit to taiwan beer factory and the highest train station in taiwan
I passed by Taiwan beer brewery in Zhunan...it was really not that visitor friendly...and they were selling things far from beer...not sure about the logic here...but if they did more like Kavalin whisky distillery in Yilan, this could be a huge attraction...
Alot of police were guarding the street due to a bike race...
Omg...a swedish looking house,,,
Nice garden in Jhubei...
Later in Zhunan a short visit to Taiwan beer facotry was paid...
Omg, big volumes...
And some information signs...
...about the process...
They seem to have many facilities in Taiwan...but the info was all in chinese...
And the visitor center was pretty crappy...

And old carns...but else..not many signs of a brewery could be found...
Later a lake was spotted near Miaoli...
And some bridge one had to pay to cross...
To an island...
This bridge was free...
The lake is popular on weekends i was told...
Next stop was some strawberry liquor place...
This part of taiwan is famous for the strawberry...
Even strawberry sausage...i think they just dip the sausage in some strawberry jam...
Strawberry beer...local brewed...
And strawberry fields...everywhere...
Some strawberries were pretty big...
This is also the Taizhong entrance of Xuepa national park, where many high mountians can be found...and also many aboriginal lives...
I wanted to go to the entrance...the HQ is here anyway...
Taiyazhu...they also have many hotsprings here...
The next stop was the highest train station in taiwan...but it is closed nowadays...
Not sure why...but its for sure a big tourist attraction...

Ans some unnel..
402 meters above sea level...
And cosy restaurants...
Is this the local thing? some meat...
The sculptures were cool...
And the train wheels...
Later some geochache hunt began...
It was a really small one...
The notebook barely fitted...
Wth a magnet...
Later on a spider man doll was passed...prtty cute...
And a famous bridge...
It was build 1905...
And was destroyed 1935...
Due to a nearby 7.3 earthquake..
Later more geocache hunt continued...near this tree with stones hanging from it...
And some beer bar visit in taizhong...
Second time I was here...
And some burger bar...
Noob Burger...
I wanted to have their biggest burger...but they then forced me to buy 4 drinks...strange...
"peace means having a bigger burger than other guy"...
My burger was the second largest they had...
I paid with my 2000NT bill...the locals never seen that bill...so they discussed for a while...
Later some geocache at an earthquake muesum was found...
And a travel bug from Australia, thats been to new zeeland was taken...
