I made an Apple and cinnamon cake in the lab...

I had a couple of apples in the fridge...

I prepared them with butter and cinnamon and sugar in the oven for a while...

And whipped the dough with chopsticks...asian style...

It was ok...kind of creamy...

And then add the apples...

I had alot of cinnamon in is...and butter...I have to make it cool down before I can judge the result...
